- Support tickets are responded to in the order of which they were received.
- Support tickets are completed within 3 business days.
- Limited to 5 tickets per month.
- Unlimited
- Support tickets are responded to first and maintain priority as long as the subscription exists.
- Tickets are completed within 24 hours.
- There is no quantity limit on tickets.
- Basic
- When you need a hand, we’ll provide guidance to help you fix issues yourself, but issues won’t be fixed for you.
- Unlimited
- With unlimited, you’ve got us standing by to intervene when you need us. With Unlimited, your account changes our responses from “try this out” to “all fixed up! Here’s what we did to fix it…” With Unlimited, you can rest easy knowing we’ve got you covered.
- Basic
- This option covers up to 5 changes or 5 development hours per month.
- Great option for static websites with minimal changes.
- Unused changes or development hours do not roll over.
- Standard
- This option covers up to 10 changes or 10 development hours per month.
- Great option for regular small updates such as content, images, and minor layout changes or updates.
- Unused changes or development hours do not roll over.
- Unlimited
- As you might imagine, with unlimited, you have unlimited changes and development hours per month.
- Great for businesses with rapidly changing industry needs or standards. You'll never have to wonder if your website is performing at it's peak.
Most of our plans come with an Account Manager. Each of our clients who have an Account Manager will have direct access to our team and has a dedicated ticket process that sends your requests directly to your Account Manager. Each Account manager oversees a limited number of accounts so you can be assured your requests will be handled with care and urgency.
